Imagine the possibilities of a fashion store where everything is free...

Over the years hundreds of super-savvy ladies have made their way to our signature swaps with bags-full of fashions, fads and styles in tow.  Our monthly My Sister’s Wardrobe clothing exchange is a treasure trove of fabulous frocks, nice knits, slick suits and a colorful array of accessories.  When the shop opens excited guests share histories of garments given and parade the one’s they’ve got. They buy their bundle of ‘new’ wears with buttons, the only currency that counts at The original Clothing Exchange.

We’ve hosted events for the well-dressed lads, Mum’s and their bubs as well specialising in events for the ladies.  On occasion we host an up-market ‘la-di-da version of My Sister’s Wardrobe and A Curvy Sister’s Wardrobe too! One lass shed tears of delight as she held a designer frock she’d long admired in her hot little hands.  Another twirled with pride, upon finding a Max Mara suit that fit like a glove.  Two lasses left hand in hand, skipping home in the vintage party dresses they’d claimed!

So join us all you fashionistas, op-shop connoisseurs, vintage fans and even you penny pinchers because The Clothing Exchange is a great way to reinvent your wardrobe without costing the earth!

Do away with credit debt, patronising sales assistants and fads that make everyone look the same and replace shopping with the joys of swapping! Relish the style diversity, friendly company and a cocktail too as you take on the thrill of the hunt.

To secure your place at your selected swap click here click here. For the more spontaneous folks, tickets are available at the event unless advised otherwise or marked SOLD OUT. (Although if tickets sell out at the door, we cannot provide advanced notification, but we will offer a discounted second swapping!)

To book your tickets select to pay via bank deposit or PAYPAL (You do not need your own account... just a credit card). After making payment, you will receive a tax invoice to print and present at your chosen event.

October Review

What a blast we all had at our last swap at the Croft for 08’ down in Melbourne! Because of painting upstairs, we avoided the fumes by hosting the event in the downstairs bar amongst the halloween decorations!  The cocktails were remarkable and the event was electric.  Us volunteers had to work twice as fast to get clothes onto racks before the enthused crowd was set loose to shop til they dropped!

Our Sydney team has also been growing and gaining momentum.  With several successful swaps under their belt they are preparing for a fantastic swap to conclude the year!

To give you all a hint of what’s ahead, we’ll be quiet til Jan but we will start the year with several BIG events in Melbourne... The Sustainable Living Festival, The L’Oreal Fashion Festival and much much more.  We’re also planning to host more events for the lovely Mum’s and their Bub’s!
